- Consider what is on the horizon: While it is obviously important that we stay on top of COVID-19, it is important to envision a bright future for your organization. What changes do you hope to make? How is your staffing changing? Are there new technologies your organization could benefit from? David mentioned his curiosity about artificial intelligence and how it may fit into the association world. Make it a habit to think out of the box.
