Registration and attendee experience are a top priority, with careful planning of registration logistics, procurement of event materials, and the overall design and schedule of the attendee journey. On the day of the event, our team oversees operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, providing expert coordination and problem-solving. After the event, we conduct thorough reporting and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement. With decades of experience supporting associations, Ewald Consulting ensures that your event is not only well-executed but also strengthens your organization’s community and impact.
Sponsor & Exhibitor Management:
Our team collaborates with volunteers to design a sponsorship and exhibitor program tailored to your association’s needs. We can handle all aspects of exhibit space sales, sponsorship opportunities, and financial administration. From developing customized sponsorship packages to engaging potential sponsors and exhibitors, we ensure that every opportunity aligns with your association’s goals while maximizing revenue. Our Events team will also manage all venue and exhibit company logistics.
